This is something I would consider. I have actually thought about doing this for people before. I know that having children is a dream for some people, me included, and to discover that you can't would be devastating. My only issue would be that I am extremly picky. I have been known to not allow some people around my pets because I don't trust how they would be when I'm not in the room, so I know that I would be even more particular. I could also see myself having difficulties never knowing about the childs life, if they are healthy, well cared for thier entire life, if they ever had questions about me or my familial roots.

I have often found myself saying, usually after seeing some horable news story, that some people should not legally be able to raise children. I also know that everything that looks good on paper is not always good in practice. In the end this would be a decision that I would never take lightly or jump into right after being asked. It is also something, while I will always support, will never be certain I could be a part of this type of pregnancy unless I actually took the chance.
